Exchanges or refunds are allowed within 14 days of the date of purchase (excluding delivery charges). Items must be in their original packaging, have not been worn and show no signs of damage. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if these conditions are not respected.


No refunds or exchanges on sale items or for all reseller orders.


You will have to assume the return costs of an envelope, a stamp and the shipping costs if you wish to use postal delivery for your return or exchange. Please note that you can reuse our box and/or envelope which meets the criteria for sending in letter format with Canada Post. Please note that if the return instructions have not been followed and the item is damaged or lost, we will not be able to process the request.

There's the possibility of making an exchange or refund directly in store in Bois-des-Filion by appointment only. Please contact us using our form CONTACT US by specifying your request and we will set up an appointment with you.

If one or more items are missing from your order, you have 3 days following receipt of the package to notify us. 

Please note that once your refund or exchange request has been processed, we will send you an email to notify you. Refunds will be made according to the initial payment method. Please allow a few days to receive your refund.
